You can only exchange new, unworn apparel and small equipment (such as paddles) items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the goods and services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the goods and services.
The provision of goods and services by OceanStoke Sports is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, OceanStoke Sports will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Refunds are subject to exclusion of SALE items, gift cards and discounts.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Eligible refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

We are unable to refund original shipping or returns shipping costs.
Please obtain a “Proof Of Shipping” by returning your parcel with either a registration post or courier tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Stock availability
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. OceanStoke Sports shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, OceanStoke Sports shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, please note that colours may vary.
